Have love and compassion for your enemies...

Be Kind to your Enemies...

You know I probably don't have many enemies and to really think about it, I probably don't have any.  I have not really kept any of my enemies close but if I were to have enemies I would probably preach and keep preaching until it gets through to my enemies.

I really feel that people should be kind and love their enemies because most of all, these enemies probably don't know what love is and is indifferent to you, because they don't understand it, but if you were to show them kindness and love, they will probably not retaliate and will treat you with respect.

I feel that people who are indifferent to you are probably battling within themselves and don't really understand your life, that's why they are indifferent to you.  Everyone is battling within themselves and they only knew life differently because they had other people who were bad influencing them to be a certain way.  Even though I never had any bad influences in my life, I really think my enemies took a wrong turn because they had these bad people in their lives.

We should really show our enemies what love is and do not fight fire with fire, because when you fight fire with fire, you are repeating the cycle of hatred and vengeance.  It's not good to fight fire with fire because you don't win anything out of it.  You fight evil with good and fight fire with simmering down the fire with water.  Water is versatile and it gives life to things so we should think like water.  Even though water can be destructive but if you can create life with water than water is amazing.

I really feel that we should love our enemies, because maybe they don't know your life like how it should be for them and what is good and bad?

Depends on which side you are on.  We may be considered evil to them because we go against what they believe but if you are to carefully approach your enemies and really speak their language to get to know what they want you can be a diplomat.  If you are to be diplomatic, every side gets something out of something so it means we must compromise.

Your enemies may not know life like you do, but they also have wants, needs and desires, even though their desires may be harmful to you but you preach and keep on preaching about doing good and battling evil with good by reaching out kindly to your enemies.

The bible talks about this a lot about having compassion for people, because you don't know why they ended up a certain way.  Everyone has a story and your enemies have stories of why they are the way they are now, battling within themselves.  You have to start to understand their stories and when it comes to the LAW of Cause and Effect, you must understand that there are things that caused them to be a certain way which affected them and their wrongdoings affected people, while causing harmful situations in other people's lives.  So you must understand your enemies and speak their language and be diplomatic and in the end you compromise with yourself and with them.

anyways,  I would keep preaching and preaching and practice what I am preaching to share this good knowledge with the world and so it gets through to your enemies.  They will look at your philosophy and maybe say to themselves that "Yes you are right..."

Anyways, please have compassion for people and love people despite who and what they are.  Once you show love and compassion for people, they will respect you and love you back.  It's tough having people love you back especially when you're dealing with people but if you can get people to love you back, it is amazing...

  1. Hello,

I learned of you and this blog simply because I decided to see who else on blogger.com chose the book "Alas Babylon" as one of their favorite books and that is how I found you. I read this book when I was in high school in the late 1970s (which, I know, dates me! I am now age 62). If you would like to know of my thoughts and conclusions on the End Times based on Christ's instructions to His apostles recorded in Luke 21:25a & Matthew 24:29-30a, feel free to contact me through my e-mail address: greg_jarboe@hotmail.com (Spoiler alert: This Antichrist, Armageddon scenario that is very popular among the Christian masses is actually a myth and is a departure from reality.) You seem to be an intelligent young woman who might be interested.

I am contacting you in this way because I could not find an e-mail address for you on your blog page.

    Take good care.

    Greg

    1. Hi there.. I really don't know much about the Bible. I just heard on the news one day that people must love and have compassion for their enemies and these people were from a church so I kept thinking about this and it has stuck in my head.

I feel that having a religion and having faith is good because it gives u a purpose in life and creates hope for this world. Not just that almost every religion talks about not lying, cheating, killing, betraying and stealing. Buddhism teaches this in their philosophies...

Anyways I would like to email you but I think I will hold off on it until whenever I feel comfortable giving out my email address. I'm just hoping that my posts mean something to whomever passing through and they continue to read my blog.

Thank you for replying... and I'll keep u in mind

      Yours truly
