I would like to keep this simple especially for spring and summer fashion that is for something casual. I do not want to throw in some elaborate necklace to pair up with this outfit so i kept it simple.  Off the shoulder tops are in for spring and summer, they were in for a while but this spring and summer there will be more of these kinds of tops sold in stores.  It's a subtle kind of sexy where you bare your shoulders; it has a little breathing room at the bottom but it looks nice when you are going out to lunch with friends or shopping at the mall when it's hot or warm out to get that nice tan on your shoulders, neck, and chest.
