You know my camera phone is real good, but the light on it sucks!!!  So I had to work with editing with a photo app to get it light enough to see the details on the dress. Sorry, it had to be light, if only I had equipment to make it look professional.  My face is on here to show what kind of makeup to wear with the little black dress.  Keep it simple, wear a bold red lipstick, darken your brows and wear black mascura.  If you're going for sophisication, please keep your makeup simple and nice.
